Details, naturally

During the last five days every corner of my kitchen has seen some chocolate. Tomorrow I will attend the second edition of the Antipakjesavond, an event in restaurant Fifteen in Amsterdam where I will sell healthy coconut-dates truffles, homemade twix and chocolate, nuts and cranberry pops. I have melted about 2,7 kilos chocolate, used 500 g nuts, four packages of shortbread biscuits and you don’t want to know how much I ate of all this (and maybe I don’t want to know either).

Here a little sneak peak of what I’ve been doing. I will try to take some pictures tomorrow and I hope to be able to post some of them as well.
